Increasing Citizens’ Safe Behavior Culture Is One of the Important Tasks of Public Councils of All Levels

The process of creation of departments of the Public Council under fire and rescue garrisons, the role of public councils in the safety provision at water bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, increasing the efficiency of the cooperation with social institutions on the issues of prevention of people’s death on water bodies and fires, as well as the workout of subprogram of non-commercial social organizations’ support for 2017-2020 – all these important issues were discussed on the meeting of Public Council under EMERCOM of RT, which passed with an enhanced composition in a video conference mode.

The meeting was launched by the Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies, Rafis Khabibullin. Addressing to the present, he noticed, in our time public organizations, not depending on what they do (education, social issues, or issues of safety) play an important role in the life of society.
