EMERCOM Employees Will Provide Holiday Events’ Safety on Russia Day

In order to provide safety during holiday events dedicated to Russia Day, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan prepared and carries out the order on increasing awareness and providing preparedness of forces and means of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan to action in case of possible emergencies during the celebration of Russia Day in the Republic of Tatarstan.

14 open areas will be engaged on the territory of the republic during the celebration, and there will be organized the duty of 14 employees of fire supervision departments. Also, there are 38 OKSION terminal complexes for the translation of information materials, which broadcast videos on the basics of safety.

Preventive ice safety raids

Rescuers of ZSRU No. 6 (Naberezhnye Chelny), which are part of the Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted preventive raids aimed at raising awareness and safety culture of the population on the ice, especially among fishermen. As part of this campaign, four educational events were organized on the ice of the Kama River, which reached an audience of 25 people. Preventive talks at the Tetyushy college of civil protection

These events are aimed at raising students' awareness and readiness to act in potentially dangerous situations, which is an important element of their professional training.
