Incidents as of April 30:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 147 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing - 31, false alarms - 76, food burning – 1, short circuit of wiring without burning - 1, cooperation with other services - 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated - 17 fires, residential sector – 4, garden houses - 4, outbuildings -6, 1 person was injured. One person was rescued.

Causes: violation of the rules while using furnace – 5, careless use of fire - 1, careless smoking - 2, wrong exploitation of electrical equipment - 4, violation of electrical equipment installation rules - 2, wrong installation and malfunction of heating furnace - 1 fire.

Departures of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 7 times. One person rescued.

Departures of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting - 6.

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 10 times. Doors unlocking - 2, searching operations - 3, fire - 1, the others - 3.

Preventive ice safety raids

Rescuers of ZSRU No. 6 (Naberezhnye Chelny), which are part of the Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted preventive raids aimed at raising awareness and safety culture of the population on the ice, especially among fishermen. As part of this campaign, four educational events were organized on the ice of the Kama River, which reached an audience of 25 people. All participants were provided with information materials containing recommendations on safe behavior on ice in winter.

Preventive talks at the Tetyushy college of civil protection

Rescuers of ZSRU No. 1 (Buinsk), part of the structure of the State-owned Institution "Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan", conducted a series of preventive lectures for cadets of the Tetyushsky State college of civil protection. As part of these events, key aspects of safety in conditions of extremely low temperatures and the peculiarities of behavior in reservoirs in winter were highlighted. These events are aimed at raising students' awareness and readiness to act in potentially dangerous situations, which is an important element of their professional training.
