Sudden Air Temperature Increasing May Cause Flooding

According to meteorologists, on April 9 the air temperature will be from 1 degree below zero tp 4 degrees above zero at night, and 10-15 degrees above zero in the afternoon. On April 10, from 1 to 6 degrees at night and from 12 to 17 degrees in the afternoon. Thus, the sudden increasing of daily average temperature accompanied by intensive snow melting leads to flooding in rivers. Consequently, risks of water release to the plain and flooding of low-lying coastal areas of the territories of the republic are increasing.
