Administrative Fine Is Imposed to Car Owners for Violation of Fire Safety Requirements on Passage to Internal Territories

Internal territory of high-rise buildings filled with cars of their residents is a familiar sight for Kazan yards. Firefighters regularly hold preventive raids with fire techniques participation in high-rise buildings’ yards in order to teach Kazan citizens to keep the rules of parking in the yards. That time the event was attended by journalists of city, republican and federal media.

Across the republic, from the beginning of 2016, there were held 3 205 raids during which there were checked 6 282 internal territories. In 127 of them there were explored issues in difficulties with passing of fire trucks. 2 officials and 52 citizen were brought to administrative responsibility as a fine of 83 thousand rubles.
