On February 27, the work of 4 ice passages on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan was resumed:
1. Over the Volga in Zelenodolsk Municipal District, on the route the city of Zelenodolsk – the settlement of Nizhnie Viazovye (distance 1 km 300 m, width 40 m);
2. Over the Kama in Mamadysh Municipal District, the village of Sokolka – the village of Novy Zakamsky (1 km 150 m, width 20 m);
3. Over the Volga in the city okrug of Kazan, the village of Arakchino (Kazan) – the village of Verkhny Uslon (3 km 200 m, width 40 m);
4. Over the Kama in Yelabuga Municipal District, the village of Pokrovskoe – the village of Krasny Klyuch (700 m, width 40 m).
“There is no water on the ice. Ice measurements showed that its thickness and its structure allow to open these passages”, marked Yuri Venediktov, the main state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels.
