Fire Traps in Residential Buildings with Higher Number of Floors

Today, employees of supervisory affairs attended at dismantling metal partitions in floor corridors, which were installed by residents of a seventeen-storey building at Tynych St., 1 of Sovetsky District of the city of Kazan without permission. That activity was initiated by the housing company “Zhilische I Komfort”. In compliance with anti-fire legislation that partitions not only embarrasses access to fire equipment (fire-cocks and fire-alarm boxes) and smoke removal system, but also redouble quick evacuation process from dangerous zone during fire extinguishing.

According to statistics, there were 26 fires in residential buildings with higher number of floors in 2015 (30 fires were in 2014).
