Incidents as of December 7:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 60 times. Including false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 8, singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 19. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, including 4 in residential sector, outhouses – 1, vehicles – 1, various types of property – 1. 1 person died.

Causes: violation of fire safety rules during electrical household appliance use – 1, arson – 1, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 3, carelessness when smoking – 1.

Rides of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 13 times.

Rides of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.

Rides of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 6 times. Including: door unlocking – 3, others – 3. Preventive works – 4.

Ice on a water reservoir may be considered safe if its thickness is not less than 7 centimeters, and not less than 15 centimeters so that a group of people can walk on a frozen water basin safely. Remember! A fire does not occur by itself.  Its cause is the human negligence and carelessness use of fire. A drunk person loses control of oneself and one’s actions, and all the more cannot bear any responsibility for another person's life.
