Tatarstanian Rescuers Provide Support to Residents of Bakhchisaraysky District of the Republic of Crimea

In connection with the liquidation of emergency consequences connected with interruption of power supply in Crimean Federal Okrug, an emergency response center was deployed in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan the main task of which is to coordinate actions on support provision to the population of Crimea. In the early morning of December 3, a truck convoy of EMERCOM of Russia with a load of total weight of more than 20 tons left Kazan for Bakhchisaraysky District of the Republic of Crimea. The humanitarian convoy has to overcome more than 2 200 km of the trip.

According to EMERCOM of Russia, total of more than 3 000 people and 1 000 items of techniques, including more than 300 people and 55 items of techniques (including 2 aircrafts), were involved in emergency, recovery and other urgent works.
