An EMERCOM Officer Must Be a Role Model

It was said today by people's artist of Russia, a film director, a member of Union of Russian Writers, director of Institute of Culture of EMERCOM of Russia, Nikolai Petrovich Burlyayev, at a meeting in Kazan with the leadership and staff of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

“We’ve lived and worked parallel for 25 years: EMERCOM fights for one’s life, and “Zolotoy Vityaz” fights for one’s soul. Now, we’ve joint our efforts. Plans are very big. Hundreds, thousands of professionals of cinema, theater, music, painting, literature came with me, and thus, we’ll raise cultural and spiritual level of EMERCOM staff. Moreover, via EMERCOM we’ll influence cultural atmosphere in the life of our society and the whole planet”.
