Warning People on Extreme Deterioration of Weather Conditions on the Territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 20-23, 2015

Extreme deterioration of weather conditions is forecasted during the period between November 20 and 23, 2015 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarsan.

During active frontal division followings are awaited:

- on November 20-21 snow, wet snow,
- on November 21 on West districts changing to rain; snowstorms with vision deterioration up to 500 meters and lower; ice-slick on particular districts; snowdrifts on the roads at places.
- on November 22-23 rain at times.
- strong South-East, South wind with gusts up to 15-20 m/s, up to 24 m/s at places.
- air temperature increasing: from negative values at the beginning of the period to zero degree and positive values later on.
