11 lieutenants of inner service, graduates of the best institutes of higher education of EMERCOM of Russia from State Fire Academy of EMERCOM of Russia, State Fire University of EMERCOM of Russia in Saint Petersburg, Fire Rescue Academy of EMERCOM of Russia in Ivanovo and Ural Institute of State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia waited their invitation with anticipation to a hall where they were expected by classific personnel commission under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Chief of HQ of EMERCOM of Russia for RT, colonel of inner service, Tahir Karimullin.
