XXIV Championship of Russia on Applied Fire Sport in Chelyabinsk Ended With an Unconditional Triumph of the Team of the Republic of Tatarstan

From July 13 to 18, XXIV Championship of Russia and Championship of All-Russian Volunteer Firefighting Association (VDPO) on Applied Fire Sport took place in the Capital of South Ural. For several days, 18 strongest teams of Russia contested in quickness, strength and dexterity. The competitions program included five types of contest: 100 meter obstacle course, climbing up assault ladder to the window of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the training tower (depending on age group), firefighting double-event, firefighting 4 х 100 meter relay race, combat deployment. The team of the Republic of Tatarstan won the first place in total event, leaving behind teams of Chelyabinsk Oblast, Moscow Oblast, Saint Petersburg, Republic of Bashkortostan and others.
