The Awarding of Winners

The Awarding of Winners of the “Be Careful on Ice” Competition of Children’s Pictures was held at the Center of GIMS of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition has been held successively three years. The number of participants and works increases each year. This time, according to Acting Chief of the Center of GIMS of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Regina Gaiazova, more than three thousand pupils of primary level from cities and districts of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the competition. Its commission chose the best 10 works. After the festive ceremony and tea-drinking GIMS inspectors strolled around winners and their parents on the “Khivus” hovercraft on the River Kazanka.
