Summer without risk: the readiness of children's camps for the holidays

18 May 2026, Monday

On the eve of the summer health campaign, units of the state government institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Fire Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan", together with employees of the garrison, began checking children's recreation facilities. Special attention is paid not only to the existing camps, but also to those that are just preparing to receive young residents of the republic.

In the Nurlatsky municipal district, an interdepartmental commission, which included the head of a separate post for the protection of the village of Kichkalnya of the Nizhnekamsk fire department, R. R. Galiullin, as well as representatives of the supervisory authorities and the fire and rescue garrison, assessed the readiness for the opening of the newly built Zarechny children's camp, located in a picturesque area near the village of Novaya Amzya. The inspection at the facility, which is about to receive the first guests, took place with a special approach.

The specialists carried out a set of measures to assess the fire-fighting condition of the facility, including checking the sources of the camp's fire-fighting water supply. The Commission examined in detail four new fire hydrants installed in the camp. The inspection was carried out in accordance with the "Instructions for accounting and monitoring the state of fire-fighting water supply sources."

Meanwhile, on the other side of the republic, in the Alekseevsky municipal district, a preventive event was held at the Dubok children's health camp.

The camp staff — educators, counselors, and technicians — were informed about the rules of fire safety. Such meetings have an important goal: not just to inform adults, but to form a clear understanding of how to act in an emergency situation for everyone responsible for children.
