Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for the police – 29.6%, for medical care – 30.4%, for firefighters and rescuers – 24.3%, for housing and communal services – 3.7%, for emergency gas services – 1.7%, for other reasons – 10.3%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 09 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 14 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 266 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 489 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
