According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 09 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 128 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 386 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
