Heads of executive committees of Tatarstan municipalities undergo full-time training under the advanced training program in the field of CD and ES
Today, the Training and Methodological Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan has started training the heads of executive committees of municipalities of the republic on an additional professional program aimed at improving their competencies in the field of civil defense and protection from emergencies.
Participants of the program will be able to acquire in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of planning civil defense measures, developing plans to protect the population and territories from emergencies, methods of preventing and eliminating the consequences of accidents and catastrophes. They will learn how to quickly assess the situation and make the right decisions even in extreme situations. It is necessary to ensure that the heads of local administrations are highly qualified, since they are responsible for organizing effective protection of the population and the territory of the municipality in the event of a threat or emergency.
