The delegation from Tyumen is studying Tatarstan's experience in various industries
Andrey Gorin, Director of the Department of Civil Protection and Fire Safety of the Tyumen Region, arrived in Kazan on a working visit as part of a representative delegation from the Tyumen Region.
At the meeting, Andrey Orlov, Acting Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, familiarized his Tyumen colleague with the main natural and man-made risks and the structure of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Tatarstan, and also spoke about the accumulated experience in the field of fire safety and protection of the population and territories from emergency situations. He paid special attention to the issues of civil defense and the prospects for further phased development of the state government institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Fire Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan".
Andrey Gorin shared his experience in creating a roadmap and operating a regional automated system for central public notification and the municipal segment of public notification. The possibilities of the regional survey make it possible to notify 85% of the population of the Tyumen region.
