During the reporting period, 56057 calls were received and processed by specialists, 48303 incident cards were created.

To date, about 59% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 32.1%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 29.3%, for medical care – 23.9%, for housing and communal services – 3.1%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.7%, for other reasons – 9.9%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 12 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 20 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 113 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 480 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
