The All-Russian inspection of warning systems in the country's regions takes place twice a year - in spring and autumn. The signal «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ!» is a single signal that draws the attention of the population to the fact that important information is about to be heard. It can be given by turning on sirens, loud-speaker communication, television and radio broadcasting, or intermittent horns of vehicles and other technical means of notification.
You need to listen to the information coming from the speakers until the end, or immediately turn on the TV (channels of the first multiplex) or the radio to listen to an emergency message.
At 10:40 and 10:45 a.m., electric sirens and voice sirens are activated (first at the national and then at the municipal level);
at 10:43 a.m., the interception of television and radio channels for broadcasting a speech message.
Residents are asked to remain calm.
There is no need to report that you did not hear the siren. Currently, Tatarstan is implementing a large-scale project to create a new regional public notification system.
