To date, about 58% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.
Appeals were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 32.0%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 28.6%, for medical care – 26.7%, for housing and communal services – 2.5%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.2%, for other reasons – 9.0%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 12 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 23 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 124 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 432 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
