Winter is coming to the end, which means that it's time to warm each other not only with tea, but also with kind words. It has become an important ritual that helps us stay united. During the whole Shrovetide week, colleagues treat each other to delicious pancakes, dried fruits, and bagels with fragrant tea in the Emergency Call Centers in Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan.
The work of the Service staff – call reception and processing specialists, psychologists, analysts, and administrators — is a tremendous emotional strain. We run through hundreds of stories every shift. Having tea together with pancakes and various goodies is the perfect excuse to exhale. When a specialist removes the headset and immerses himself in the atmosphere of comfort and the smell of fresh pastries for a few minutes during his break, a natural stress relief occurs. It helps to return to the line more calm and collected.
Maslenitsa in the "Service -112" is not just a tribute to folk customs. This is our personal way of maintaining the "fighting spirit" of the team. It is a symbol of the fact that even in the most difficult and responsible work there is a place for joy, unity and simple human warmth. After all, if the employees are friendly and calm, it means that help for those who are in trouble will come faster.
