During the reporting period, 50472 calls were received and processed by specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls, and 38914 incident cards were created.
To date, about 58% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.
Appeals were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 34.3%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 29.0%, for medical care – 24.2%, for housing and communal services – 2.7%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.3%, for other reasons – 8.5%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 18 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 26 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 130 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 586 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
