During the reporting period, specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls received and processed 112 41611 calls in the System, 33053 incident cards were sent to emergency operational services.
To date, about 60% of calls are received by the republic's emergency operational services.
The largest number of requests were received in the direction of the police – 31%, for medical assistance – 30.4%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 24.2%, on housing and communal services – 3.8%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.6%, other – 9%.
Psychologists conducted 123 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 427 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
