The results of the Service's work are 112 for the period from 05 to September 11, 2025

During the reporting period, specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls received and processed 112 40100 calls in the System, 31411 incident cards were sent to emergency operational services.

To date, the System 112 of the Republic of Tatarstan receives about 61% of calls to emergency operational services of the republic.

The largest number of requests were received in the direction of the police – 31.7%, for medical assistance – 29.1%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 24.4%, on communal services – 3.7%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.6%, other – 9.6%.

According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for applicants for a response from a Service 112 specialist was 18 seconds, and the average conversation time between a Service 112 specialist and applicants was 1 minute and 14 seconds.

Psychologists of the 112 Service conducted 84 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 220 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
