Today, Andrey Orlov, Acting Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented a Letter of Thanks from the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan to Valery Kotnikov, a leading specialist in the Civil Defense Department for the creation, certification and registration of emergency rescue units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Tatarstan.
Since 2020, he has held the position of a leading civil defense specialist in the Department for the creation, certification and registration of emergency rescue units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Over a long period of work in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Valery Nikolaevich Kotnikov has proven himself to be a conscientious employee and a competent specialist. He constantly participates in conducting checks on the compliance of certified emergency services, emergency rescue units, fire and rescue units, rescuers and citizens who acquire the status of a rescuer with the mandatory requirements for their certification.
Competently prepares materials for the preparation of an analysis of the attestation work for the reporting period, prepares and sends monthly and quarterly reports on the field of activity in a timely manner.
He actively participates in the work of the Council of Veterans of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, generously shares his work experience with young employees of the Ministry.
