At the SKA Arena Sports Palace in St. Petersburg, the winners were awarded at a ceremony and the results of the Final of the Professionals Professional Championship, held from November 26 to 30, were summed up.
In this championship in the competence of Rescue operations, the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Danis Galishnikov, a cadet of the Tetyushsky State College of Civil Protection, who became the silver medalist at the end of the championship.
The professional skills championship "Professionals" was held in several stages: intra-college, regional, interregional (qualifying). In 2024, a college team of 5 people participated in all stages of the Rescue Work competence. And when the team reached the finals, the guys spent five months preparing together.
But the organizers of the Championship decided that only one representative from the team of young rescuers would speak at the finals. After conducting a series of control sections, the team decided to send the most prepared – Danis Galishnikov - to the championship. And the rest decided to follow him to St. Petersburg to be near and support him in a difficult struggle.
In total, young professionals from 12 regions of the country took part in the competence "Rescue work" of the Championship. An innovation this year for the young rescuers was that the tasks began to be individual, and when performing complex tasks requiring a team approach, participants were randomly drawn into teams of 4 people. After all, rescuers sometimes have to work together with representatives of other rescue teams when going to emergency rescue operations.
