Nizhnekamsk firefighters went for a "personnel reserve"
In search of a potential "personnel reserve", specialists from the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Divisions in the Republic of Tatarstan visited educational institutions of secondary special education.
During meetings with college students, employees of the fire and rescue units of the Nizhnekamsk detachment talked about the advantages of working in the fire department, about heroic traditions, mutual assistance, sincere friendship and pride in the successes of colleagues, respect for service veterans, and much more of what is called the "Fire Brotherhood".
It also provides a convenient work schedule and training in various specialties in the field of firefighting and for the qualification of "rescuer" in the training center of the detachment.
- There are vacancies for girls in our squad too. For example, we work as dispatchers of the Central Fire Communication Point, representatives of the younger generation of firefighters Elina Salakhova and Aliya Gaptullina told the students.
To consolidate the acquired material, students were shown a video film, which clearly demonstrates combat work, the training process and the life of firefighters.
