    On July 29, 2023, he rushed to help as soon as he learned that families with children were in trouble. I got to the scene faster than the rescuers. First, Pavel saved a family of 4 people on a jet ski, brought them all ashore. Then he helped 7 more people whose boat capsized during the hurricane. He admits that he sees nothing unusual in this, says he is glad that he was able to help. And such modesty is inherent in real heroes.
    On behalf of all residents of the Zelenodolsk district, the head of the municipality, Mikhail Afanasyev, expressed sincere gratitude for the courage and dedication shown and presented the man with the medal of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia "For saving those dying on the waters."
