In the new academic year, 18 budget places are provided for this specialty.
The specialty "Fire Safety" is aimed at training specialists capable of preventing and eliminating fires, as well as developing and implementing fire safety systems. The training includes the study of fire safety principles, the characteristics of the behavior of materials at high temperatures, as well as methods for analyzing and predicting fire risks.
Graduates are in demand in the construction industry, industry, government organizations and research institutions. Career prospects include promotion to senior positions and participation in major projects for the development and implementation of fire safety systems. Graduates of the specialty "Fire safety" can work as specialists in fire safety, in the development of fire protection systems, as well as in research institutes and organizations dealing with fire safety issues. They will also be able to work in design and construction organizations and serve in units of the Federal Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
