Psychologists of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the training on the "Hot Line"
On April 11, 2024, specialists of the psychological service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a training session on the use of the automated information system AIS "Psychologist" 2.0 when opening the "Hot Line," conducted by specialists from the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia.
During the training, specialists received calls to the Hotline phone, collected and clarified information from subscribers, provided psychological assistance and information support.
- This training is very useful for us. - Head of the Department for Psychological Support of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Dilyara Gazizova. Practically worked out the algorithms of the telephone specialist "Hot Line" with specific requests, and also acquainted young specialists with the peculiarities of work.
