Educational evacuation in the local history museum
In order to increase fire safety in Zainsk in the museum of local lore, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, together with employees of a public organization, organized a training evacuation from the building in the event of a fire.
On this day, eighth graders of school No. 1 were on an excursion in the museum of local lore, who also took part in a fire training. A fire alarm was given and only three students immediately went to the door with the inscription "Emergency exit," because it was in the same hall. The rest of the guys walked to the main exit, but they had to go back, wasting precious time on it. Educational evacuation is carried out in order to teach children the rules of behavior in emergency situations. In general, the evacuation was successful, in compliance with the basic rules.
Indeed, in the event of a fire, there is practically no time to prepare for the evacuation of museum objects. The burning process occurs unexpectedly and the decision to start evacuation must be made quickly, so the museum must be ready for such a decision. But, we must not forget - the most important thing is human life and health!
