Due to seasonal warming in the Republic of Tatarstan, the risk of accidents at water bodies increases. During the day, the thermometer reaches positive temperatures, which contributes to a change in the structure of ice on water bodies, snow porridge on ice, near the coastline there is a layer of ice - ice formed when meltwater freezes on the ice cover after a thaw.
Last weekend, the first cases of assistance related to melting ice were recorded. So, on the river. Volga registered 2 incidents, 3 people were rescued:
- near the village. Kamskoe-Ustyinskoe as a result of the stuck motorboat in a snow porridge was delivered to the shore by a man.
- about n. Old Pobedilovo, Kazan, as a result of a snowmobile failure under the ice, two men were rescued and delivered to the shore.
