91 places of Epiphany bathing are ready in Tatarstan

    The Ministry of Emergency Situations has completed checking the thickness of the ice in places equipped for bathing on the feast of the Epiphany. It should be recalled that traditional Epiphany bathing will begin tonight after the consecration of reservoirs and will take place at 91 prepared sites in cities and districts of Tatarstan.

    In Kazan, Orthodox churches equip three open Jordan for Epiphany bathing for citizens and guests of the capital.
