Bloggers are guides of useful information for a "specific" audience

It is thanks to bloggers that information about the rules of safe behavior at home and in nature reaches the youth audience in a "digestible" form, which, to put it mildly, no longer reads newspapers and does not watch TV. Internet regulars live in a "parallel" world for hours on end and often have a very vague idea of safe behavior. The gap was successfully filled in Naberezhnye Chelny, where young people with hundreds and thousands of subscribers on their blogs came to visit rescuers and GIMS inspectors.
