SISV recommends owners of small vessels to prepare for the completion of navigation

    During the off-season, the risks of accidents with small vessels increase: natural - wind, sometimes squally, a wave, a decrease in water temperature, the water temperature decreases daily and when falling from a small vessel, the risk of death from hypothermia increases. 
    Every year, cases are recorded related to falling from small vessels, during movement due to violation of maneuvering rules, with a sharp deterioration in weather conditions, with hitting underwater obstacles. 
    So, this year 7 incidents with small vessels were registered, 5 people were killed, 5 people were rescued. At the moment, two fishermen are being searched in the Menzelinsky municipal district.
