Command and staff exercises in the Agryz district
From November 2 to 3, command and staff exercises were held with management bodies, organizations and enterprises of the Agryz municipal district and the city of Agryz. During the exercises, the actions of the management bodies and forces of the Agryz link of the territorial subsystem of the Republic of Tatarstan of the unified state system for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations in the event of a threat and liquidation of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters, as well as the transfer of the civil defense system of the municipal district from peacetime to wartime were practiced.
Among the objectives of the command and staff exercises is to improve the practical skills of the district and city management staff. The issues of interaction between management bodies, organizations, enterprises and institutions of the district were also worked out when performing tasks for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations, civil defense, and providing practical assistance to the leadership of the district level.
In addition, practical skills were improved when performing work on the elimination of accidents and emergencies.
The concept of the command and staff exercise is based on the real situation that can develop in the event of major accidents and emergencies of a man-made and natural nature at hazardous production facilities and life support facilities of the city, as well as those arising during the conduct of military operations or as a result of these actions.
