Employees of the 8th fire and rescue squad specially came to the village to express their sincere gratitude for caring, human sympathy and great help in extinguishing the fire. The letter of thanks was presented by the head of the fire extinguishing service of the 8th fire and rescue squad Vyacheslav Zakirov.
Viktor Nikolaevich remembers the day when everything happened to the smallest detail. He says he woke up at night from the noise, realized that there was a fire somewhere. I knew that there was nowhere for firefighters to take water for extinguishing in the village, so I immediately suggested installing a motor pump on a pond in his yard, and this is not the first such case. Last year, a house in the village of Orekhovka next to the house of Viktor Blokhin also caught fire. Then the man also offered to help the firefighters, literally opened his doors and provided his lake to extinguish the fire.
Viktor Nikolaevich created this reservoir with his own hands. When I bought the plot in 1982, there was no lake here. But the owner noticed that water accumulates on the site in the spring. He just cleared the place and filled it with water. Now he not only monitors the condition of his reservoir, but also released fish there. When the soul asks, he fishes right in his yard.
