A veteran of civil defense is always happy to share his experience with colleagues from the Ministry of Emergency Situations

    On the day of the 91st anniversary of the formation of the civil defense of the Russian Federation, the Deputy head of the Main Directorate, Colonel Ildar Zagirovaich Gibadullin and the head of the Civil Defense and Population Protection Department, Colonel Alexey Alexandrovich Bykov, congratulated the veteran of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, retired Colonel Vadim Konstantinovich Lintvarev, who held the post of Chief of the Civil Defense Staff of the Tatar ASSR, on the next anniversary of the civil defense of Russia.

    Vadim Konstantinovich Lintvarev was in military service for 35 years. He went from a cadet of the Cherepovets Infantry School to a regimental commander. He graduated with honors from the Frunze Military Academy, and three years later graduated from the higher missile courses at the Dzerzhinsky Academy. At the age of 35, Vadim Konstantinovich Lintvarev was appointed commander of a strategic missile regiment. He made two successful combat launches for training purposes in the Arctic Ocean and Kamchatka, for which he was awarded the Order of the Red Star. After that, he continued his service in Kazan.

    During his years of service, Vadim Lintvarev was also awarded the Medal "For Bravery in a Fire" and 16 other state and departmental awards.

    And he is still a veteran of civil defense in the ranks and always tries to share his rich experience with colleagues from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
