Anatoly Pavlov has been guarding the fire safety of the Nizhnekamsk industrial complex for two decades. He was not just a witness to the formation of the fire service of the flagship of the domestic petrochemical industry, he personally participated in significant events. For his courage in the fight against the fire element, he was awarded the state award "For Bravery in a fire".
Alexander Pustovoy, chairman of the Veterans Council of the Federal Fire Service Detachment of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Units for the Republic of Tatarstan, Valery Kuznetsov, a veteran of the detachment, and Andrey Troshin, deputy head of the 37 PSC, came to congratulate the hero of the day in his native village of Balchykly.
