    On September 8, 2023, the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia No. 777 of 27.07.2023 comes into force. New Rules for the state registration of Small vessels Used for Non-commercial Purposes and the form of a ship's ticket have been approved there. The order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia dated 01.06.2021 No. 355 "On approval of the Rules of state registration of small vessels used for non-commercial purposes" is also canceled.
