    Today, on August 22, on the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, the Russian tricolor was raised in a solemn atmosphere with the involvement of all personnel in all divisions of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.

    The national Flag of the Russian Federation also soared into the sky on a flagpole installed on the territory of the Crisis Management Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.
