    According to the chairman of the SRW of Kazan, a woman drowned at about 17 o'clock on Lake Komsomolskoye, who was swimming in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication outside the beach in an unequipped place, began to drown, eyewitnesses pulled her out of the water to the shore and turned to the SRW rescuers, they drained the water from her lungs and stomach, provided first aid. The victim was handed over to the paramedics of the emergency medical service, hospitalized in the railway hospital of Kazan.
