Today, inspectors of the Kazan branch of the SISV Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan have begun the procedure of inspecting city beaches to actually make sure that work is being done to prepare places of mass recreation by the water for the bathing season. The head of the Kazan branch, Denis Mokeev, scrupulously checked with the list all the activities that had to be carried out by the organization responsible for the operation. The first object for a preventive visit was the beach "Lower Zarechye".
The beach is located in the area of responsibility of the administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan. By the time of the preventive visit, the owners were completing the work on equipping the bathing place with everything necessary. Workers dug in a stand on which the rules of behavior on the city beach were published, collected garbage, rescuers-social activists placed buoys on the water, marking the border of the permitted "swim".
During the preventive visit, minor shortcomings were identified, and the operating organization undertook to eliminate these shortcomings. We are here to compare the data stated in the declaration with the actual ones. There is still a small drawback - the children's "frog house" is located on the shore due to a decrease in the water level. It needs to be moved for safe bathing of babies. 5 days are given to eliminate the shortcomings. So we will come here again.
