The airmobile group of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan safely returned home from a business trip from the Tyumen region. There, Tatarstan firefighters stood shoulder to shoulder with firefighters from other regions of Russia to fight forest and landscape fires that brought trouble to residents of settlements in Western Siberia and the Urals.
The airmobile group was provided with all the necessary equipment and equipment for autonomous operation. Among them are 20 Ermak knapsack fire extinguishers, chainsaws, motor pumps, compressed air breathing apparatus, gas cutters, victim search devices, bayonet and shovel shovels, axes and hand saws.
The personnel successfully coped with the task of extinguishing wildfires. As soon as there was a signal about a threat to settlements or the transition of gorenje to the forest, they immediately left. They worked around the clock, sometimes at night. We managed to defend villages in the Yalutorovsky district of the Tyumen region from the fire. At the moment, the situation with fires in the Tyumen region has normalized.
