State Secretary - Deputy Head of the EMERCOM of Russia Alexey Serko took part in the work of the International Economic Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum–2023"
The opening ceremony of the International Economic Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum-2023" took place in Kazan today. It is the main platform for economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the countries of the Islamic world.
The Forum takes place from May 18 to May 19 at the site of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. About 200 events of the business program are planned within the framework of the forum.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda, Head of the Ministry of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The forum was also attended by State Secretary - Deputy Head of the EMERCOM of Russia Alexey Serko, who assessed the readiness of the forces and means of the EMERCOM of Russia to ensure the security of the forum.
During the event, representatives of foreign countries exchanged views on issues related to the improvement of the emergency prevention and response system, and also discussed the results and vectors of interaction.
