Young squad "Firefighter" visiting professional firefighters
The fire watch at the duty guard of the fire and rescue unit No. 119 of the Kazan Fire and Rescue Garrison did not begin quite normally today. In the morning, young firefighters from the Usadsky Multidisciplinary Lyceum "Healthy Generation" came to visit professional firefighters to learn practical experience from professional extinguishers to rescue people and get to know firefighters better. After all, today's boys and girls in the future dream of joining the ranks of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Rinat Minullin opened the compartments of the fire tanker to the young firefighters and told about the purpose of all the fire-technical weapons that are stored there. These are fire hoses, hydraulic tools, trunks, branches, axes and much more.
Then the children were shown the practical actions of the gas and smoke protection service to rescue a person and extinguish a fire with the use of a heat and smoke chamber, where the conditions and density of smoke are created as in a real fire. All the actions of the gas and smoke protectors for the guys were commented on by their head Ivan Tanevsky, a certified rescuer and a former employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
