A good test of strength before the summer season
The traditional republican youth competitions in fire and rescue sports dedicated to the memory of the USSR champion Sergey Vladimirovich Khilkov have come to an end in Kazan. Boys and girls of the middle and senior groups took part in the championship.
Five teams competed in two types of sports program – overcoming a 100-meter obstacle course and climbing an assault ladder through the window of the training tower. At the opening ceremony of the competition, the participants were welcomed by the Deputy head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Colonel of the Internal Service Konstantin Chanyshev, veterans of fire-applied sports and representatives of public associations.
According to the results of the two-day races, the winners and prize-winners in the individual and team tournament were determined. In the overall standings , the places were distributed as follows:
the title of champion was won by boys and girls of KFK-1 (Nizhnekamsk)
the second place at Kazan KFK-7
the top three winners were closed by representatives of KFK-2 (Almetyevsk)
