With a smile whole life

Blue eyes, a slanting fathom in the shoulders and a gentle smile. This is the first thing that caught my eye when I met my new acquaintance - Vadim Yarutin. He is a firefighter with more than 30 years of experience. He commands a squad of 35 SRU.
Dreams come true
Vadim is from an intelligent family. Dad worked as an engineer, mom worked as a doctor. There were no firefighters in the family, but still my interlocutor chose the fire service for himself.
He completed initial training in Naberezhnye Chelny, and a year later Vadim Yarutin was sent to Kazan to study for a squad commander! There was also the first trip to the fire.
Since 1993, Vadim has been a squad commander.
Vadim spoke clearly and confidently. During the interview, a smile did not leave his face. He admitted that for so many years he no longer remembers the fires he goes to, but he remembers the gratitude of people for a very long time.
By the end of the interview, we were talking like old friends. Vadim managed to completely win over himself - he is such an open and smiling person.
